At Insurtech Insights, Europe’s Largest Insurtech Conference, we built, designed and provided technology equipment for seven content stages. We’ve created this event before, so we were excited to be asked back, we approached this event with our trademark creative approach, it wasn’t just the stages that oozed creativity, it was the video content too. This is a serious event, but that doesn’t mean the videos and lighting needed to be dry and dull, just one of the creative tricks we used was special lighting effects, to give the presenters a ‘Rock Star’ effect when they appeared on stage.
When we get involved with exhibitions, we don’t look at what we’ve done for other clients, we start afresh. We look at your brand, your mission, your content and of course your budget. We then go back to our studios and create something that reflects your brief and hopefully a bit more. We’ve done this for individual exhibition stands, groups of stands, stages and lounges.
Our experience has taught us that the lead up to exhibitions can be stressful for the exhibitors. So to make life easier we offer clients the option of using our online web-shop portal, where exhibitors can order what they need for the exhibition. We create individual web-shops for each event making the ordering and management process simple, exhibitors can order such items as audio visual equipment, exhibition stands, print, furniture and power.
