We’re not only seeing it taking centre stage at exhibition venues around the world but in the marquees at some the Summer Season’s top events, in fact any event that draws a VIP crowd.

Our new event furniture collection has been carefully selected to enhance any event be it business or pleasure. Whether on an exhibition stand, at a conference, in a wedding marquee or at a charity dinner, each eye-catching piece will perform beautifully; if it didn’t excel aesthetically and practically, it didn’t get in.
A complete collection
For this collection, we’ve drawn on our vast experience of event rental furniture. So for business events there’s the usual suspects, though not the usual designs – elegance is our byword.We’ve stocked tables, stools and sofas, all chosen because they enhance the use for which they are designed for. Business meetings will feel more comfortable around our coffee tables, speakers will appear at ease when sitting on one of our event sofas and chairs will fit seamlessly into your exhibition stand rather than acting a barrier.
Our furniture covers a wide range of uses, our tables aren’t just for sitting around, there are tables for eating at, hot-desking or a picnic if it’s an outside event. Chairs – think classic director, leather swivel, teak garden and velvet, the list in endless. The same applies to our sofas, stools, sideboards, lights and accessories. Whatever you choose and however you use it, that piece of furniture will raise the ‘style’ bar and enrich the entire experience for the user and those who witness it.
We have also taken personal events into consideration, with chairs, tables, sideboards, sofas and lights being included that add a special touch to a wedding, charity lunch or an event organised by a distinguished party organiser. We’ve got outside events are on our radar – deck chairs, bistro sets, parasols and the must-have flamingo lounger will help any party get going.

As we personally stock all this collection, there is no middle man, hidden/increased costs or delays. So what you see is what you get, not a poor imitation. We have tested each piece, so know how it will act in different environments, if you’re event is outside we can direct you one way, if it’s under harsh indoor lighting, we’ll point you in another.

It’s not just the collection that shuns the norm, it’s the practical aspects too. You can hire our furniture as part of your full event production or individually if that’s what you want. If you are hiring for an exhibition or expo, we can set up an online web portal where you can manage the whole project from the comfort of your own chair – or our giant bean bag.

We realise your meeting or event set up with 3D renders, so that event planners and conference organisers can visualise all aspects of the event venue and set up before build.
Our design team is made up of creative, architectural trained designers who are responsible for creating all aspects of event design. As well as offering full event design services, our skills include 3D rendering, CAD space planning and large format graphic printing.
Set & Stage
From large scale indoor exhibitions to outdoor festivals and events our set & stage designers will ensure your brand and event has impact. Set design and production is tailored to the client’s.
Our exhibition department offers exhibition stand design and production of a range of exhibition solutions. From off-the-shelf to bespoke exhibition stands created by one of our exhibition designers. Our conference exhibition event services include set-up and stand clearing.
Large Format Printing
Branding is the most important part of any commercial event. We offer quality design and production of exhibition graphics that can be used as an exhibition or stage backdrop.
Showcase’s dedicated video production team provide filming and video editing services. Including green screen technology, animation and content creation.
Showcase has a range of AV equipment for hire. Audio visual equipment hire can be incorporated into a larger event as part of the event design or hired individually. Sound equipment hire is available for hire for both indoor and outdoor events.
Showcase can produce all aspects of content creation including film shoots, video editing, info graphics, speaker presentations and mapping content. Our in house event designers work with you to reflect your brand.
From big screen hire to smaller digital advertising screens, Showcase has a number of cutting edge exhibition screens for hire. These can be used to ensure brand awareness is key at any conference or event.
