A two-day event that brings together 160 world-class speakers on stage, sharing core retail business insights. Topics include marketing to the next generation, shifts in consumer trends, how to build brand loyalty and much, much more. There are case studies, panel debates, interactive workshops and disruptive start-ups a plenty.
2019 was our third consecutive year delivering this event and we were briefed to produce more simplistic designs, whilst retaining our high level of creativity. For the first time we were appointed to design and deliver exhibition stands, power and branding graphics for the whole show, so making us the sole provider. To manage the ordering process we designed and built a dedicated, event branded e-commerce web shop for online purchasing, solely for Retail Week Live.
We designed and provided a full-event production service for this event, starting with initial concepts that comprised over 30 technical drawings and visual renders. The key areas we designed were the main stage and smaller sub-stages, five feature areas including a speakers’ lounge, catering and private meeting areas. There was also a news & video room plus a dedicated shopping arcade that we designed and installed for the pop-up stores, who serviced the exhibitors and delegates. This arcade also included fully branded walls.
We also created the dedicated e-commerce exhibitors’ shop which allowed effortless ordering and seamless delivery of stands and furniture.
We installed the event over two days (12-hours a day) and then removed it in four hours with a 40-person Showcase team. The production was fully designed, created and managed by us. Whilst we had previously delivered the show, this was the first time we were the sole supplier and our client feedback was extremely positive stating: “It was the best event delivery they have had.”
