Why do we know this interesting statistic? We survey our customers after each event, asking poignant questions covering the service we provided, the care they received, how our Project Managers interacted with them etc.

In December 2015 after a full year’s worth of feedback data (from 50 customers) we were able analyse how we performed and produce an overall customer satisfaction rating as well as individual satisfaction ratings for different topic areas.

We are thrilled to announce that overall we achieved a 100% satisfaction rating with our customers – this means they either agreed or strongly agreed that they had received a high level of service from us on their event. In addition to this 100% would recommend us to a friend or colleague and 100% would use us again.

This has now set a great benchmark for Showcase to uphold throughout 2016.
