Our client Your Print Partner (YPP) contracted us to provide an innovative solution to showcase their brands at the UK’s leading trade show aimed at marketing professionals looking for innovative marketing ideas.

Brief

Various concepts were discussed however the final brief was to have an open plan feel to the stand to allow clear line of site from all angles through the exhibition space.

YPP were keen to showcase their variety of printing materials, shapes and surfaces. Part of the design brief was to enable products to be attached to a temporary wall system.

Solution

We drew a 3D mock up of the structure which shows the design and build elements of the space.

We decided to produce a ground support tri-lite truss structure, which YPP covered in their products. LED lighting was installed inside the truss structure to add ambience and depth to the exhibition space.

A section of the exhibition space included a 42” Plasma screen, which was to be supported on the temporary wall.

The temporary wall was built out of flame retardant certified timber products which comply with the regulations, a flame retardant material was then covered over the structure for added security. The cabling for the plasma screen was routed through the wall cavity and connected to the control equipment.

Delivery

We liaised with the venue, the exhibition organisers and the onsite health and safety staff with regards to temporary truss structures, delivery points and timing and produced a detailed plan and schedule to ensure the stand was delivered as expected. The exhibition was delivered over a period of 2 days.

All communication whether via telephone, verbal during on and offsite meetings, email or in writing was documented using the internal procedures and project systems.

The truss system and temporary wall was assembled in our warehouse to insure all elements were ready for the

installation, this also gave the client the opportunity to see exactly how their finished product would look.
