Brief:<\/h3>\n

To provide a creative high-impact stage set and audio-visual solution based on a previous concept Showcase had designed. They were also asked to provide boutique furniture. There was a requirement to film the event for offsite editing and provide a solution for an informal fireside chat during a VIP dinner with the new owners of the business.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”show_post_content feedback” css=”.vc_custom_1709714691531{padding-bottom: 5% !important;}”]\n

Solution:<\/h3>\n

This was the second time Hyve contracted Showcase to create a custom-built set, including a complete audio-visual solution. The set featured large format branded printed graphics and boutique furniture from Showcase’s collection, they also installed a large LED screen to display content with comfort monitoring and relay screens. An audio system was provided to enhance the high-level presentations, keynote speeches and fireside chats with the CEO presenting the vision and future forecasts. Lighting was designed to provide subtle uplifts to the space and branding, along with key lighting to highlight the stage area.<\/p>\n

For the VIP dinner, Showcase needed to address the challenges of a tight turnaround and space restrictions, this required a stringent timeline and careful planning to transform the space from a daytime catering area to an evening gala dinner set-up. Showcase installed audio, lighting, staging, furniture and a printed backdrop to transform the space into the evening event, all within the allocated 1.5 hours.<\/p>\n

Showcase demonstrated their creative and technical skills for event production to the new owners, which explained why Hyve Group PLC has worked with them for eight years.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”show_post_content feedback” css=”.vc_custom_1709289908600{padding-bottom: 5% !important;}”]\n

Delivery:<\/h3>\n

Even with the familiarity of the space and events undertaken in previous months, Showcase, still undertook as part of their process and duty of care, site visits to run the venue through the plans, timings and set-up.
