This category means a lot to us here at Showcase, as we are passionate believers in putting the customer first in everything we create. However often we have worked with a client, we never take anything for granted.
We come to every event as if it is our first time working on it, from the creative process to the delivery. We take time to understand the event’s brand and create solutions that reflect their values, this helps explain the large amount of repeat business. Growing relationships with existing clients has always been as important as attracting new ones. During 2023/24, we developed relationships with existing clients including Ascential (nine-year relationship) and Ocean Media (seven-year relationship), a testament to our service levels. 2023 saw William Reed take over existing client (Retail Week & World Retail Congress), so we needed to prove our ability to deliver. They were so impressed with our creative approach and excellent levels of customer service, that we retained the contracts. New client additions for 2023 include Momentum, RBT and PropTech.
This reputation is further enhanced by the growing number of venues that have nominated us as preferred suppliers. Appointments during 2023-2024 include: Hurlingham Club, London, Lansdowne Club, London, Central Hall Westminster, London and O2 Intercontinental, London.
The Team
The Showcase team is the foundation of everything we do and it is they who underpin our reputation for great service. We constantly receive positive feedback from clients and venues (see testimonials) and it is something we are very proud of, however, we are fully aware that a great team needs to be respected and appreciated.
