After every event we issue a Customer Satisfaction Survey to our customers to complete online. The survey covers questions about the service we provide, how our Project Managers interact with them and the look of the AV, set and stage we install for them.
We are thrilled to report that after analysing the responses received from all 2016 complete surveys we have a customer satisfaction rating of 99%, this means that 99% of our customers either agreed or strongly agreed that they had received a high level of service from us on their event. In addition to this; 100% would recommend us to another colleague or business and 100% would use us again.
