Engage EMEA is an annual customer conference run by Verint and hosted at The Landmark London. The one day conference dedicated to helping customers get the most out of their Verint solutions also included a customer awards ceremony in the evening.

Brief

Showcase AVI were once again commissioned to deliver the event. To provide full production services including:

  • Stand Build
  • Audio & Visual
  • Digital Signage (using a cloud based system to allow the client to push time-based messaging across multiple platforms
  • Large Format Printing

Solution & Delivery

Plenary

  • Fully branded stage design and build
  • Custom printed set with rear projection screen and 86” relay screens
  • Audio and video package
  • Wireless LED uplighting and generic key lighting
  • An additional audio equipment solution was added for the for evening award ceremony to accommodate the live band

Breakout areas – 3 areas

  • Maintaining continuity throughout the conference spaces was key, specifications for the breakout areas also included:
  • Custom printed set with rear projection screen
  • Fully branded stage design and build
  • Audio and video package
  • Wireless LED uplighting and generic key lighting
  • 55” Screen and audio reinforcement
  • Branding backdrops using printed foam board totems

Expo

  • 14 x Expo stands from small POD’s to 6m wide graphic walls with product shelves
  • 18 x Display Screens across the expo floor
  • Low walled meeting area with furniture package and reception desk
  • Graphic walling with printed foamex posters for customer feedback
  • Branded tables and counters for product demos

Digital Signage

  • 6 x Portrait signage displays
  • 6 x Digital Signage Players with cloud based content storage and scheduled content
