We are so pleased to have been shortlisted in the category of “Best Awards Supplier” at the Awards Awards for the Event Production service we provided at World Retail Congress, Dubai 2016.
In 2016 we worked closely with Ascential Events to understand their company values and what they were trying to achieve at World Retail Congress. Having Sheikh Mohammad schedule to attend the event resulted in numerous protocol meetings which we attended and presented suggestions and ideas to account for the arrival of His Highness.
Design was critical for the congress and 30 minute turnaround time for the awards ceremony which included live acts and opening fashion show hosting 30 models within the evening. We designed this with strategic timely planning which went live without a hitch. No change to the stage set but cleverly designed technology gave the feel of a different façade in the same room that the delegates had been in the previous 3 days.
A 150SQM projection surface was designed to create a high impact to the 1500 strong delegates when they entered the arena.
The audio system was designed using software which allows the correct configuration of speakers and ensures equal coverage across the venue. Over 40 channels of radio mic being used across the venue we used a management software to ensure no clashes or issues with frequencies.
The lighting and rigging system was designed to comprise of over 120 rigging points and electric motors to support over three tons of rigging, sound and lighting suspended in the roof of the arena.
Feedback from the sponsors, delegates that had attended the last several years of the WRC events commented on how impactful the production was and detailed imagery on the main stage and inspiring when video content was shown.
