Solution
We supplied a wide range of equipment which included:
- Mobile LED screens from 10m2 – 56m2
- Video equipment to relay to screen live camera feeds
- On-screen content management
A strict service level agreement was in place regarding the timings of set up and de-rig, which came with financial penalties. The Showcase AVi team executed all elements of this agreement without any delays and a smooth transition ran from install to dismantle..
The event was a huge success technically and we went on to supply LED screens, video equipment and social media content management at 11 of their new March on Cancer events across the UK.
