About the event:

PropTech Connect London is Europe’s largest real estate technology summit.

The event brings together over 6,000 industry leaders, including property developers, investors, tech innovators, and service providers. Across two days, attendees explore the future of real estate through 400+ speakers, networking sessions, and product showcases. Topics span AI, sustainability, smart buildings, and digital transformation in property. For the 3 years Showcase has supported the event. Our team was appointed as the full-service production partner to design, build and manage every aspect of the event environment -from stage builds and technical production to exhibition support, activation zones, furniture and logistical coordination.

Brief:

Create a dynamic, brand-aligned environment across all stages, exhibition areas, and networking zones, ensuring every element—from signage and lighting to stage design and digital content—reflects the event’s visual identity and strategic vision.

Deliver seamless AV and technical production for both live and recorded sessions, integrating lighting, sound, video, and broadcast solutions to enhance audience engagement and ensure a flawless experience for in-person and virtual attendees.

Support over 140 exhibitors with complete exhibition delivery and logistics management, including stand build, branding, power, connectivity, and on-site coordination to guarantee smooth setup and consistent quality across the show floor.

Design and implement high-impact activation and networking spaces that foster meaningful engagement, brand storytelling, and collaboration opportunities among attendees, sponsors, and partners.

Ensure smooth operations across a multi-floor, multi-use venue, coordinating schedules, crew, safety, and technical systems to maintain efficiency, consistency, and premium service throughout the event.

This was the third year supporting the event.

The event spanned three floors, with Showcase responsible for the complete technical and creative delivery across all areas.

Arora Ballroom
For the Main Stage, accommodating an 800-seat audience, Showcase designed and built a striking stage featuring a 16.5m x 5m LED wall, complemented by moving head lighting, live camera replay and recording, and full audio, video, and lighting solutions.

Within the exhibition area, Showcase delivered a series of premium custom-built stands and lounges. In addition to the spatial design and build, they managed live content relay from the main stage to a large projection surface. The space was branded using gobo projections of the event logo, while the atmosphere was enhanced through ambient audio, moving lights, haze effects, and flown lightboxes providing additional branding opportunities.

Solution:

Peninsula Ballroom
Two additional stages were installed in this space, each equipped with 5m x 3m LED walls, bespoke content creation, and full lighting, audio, and atmospheric systems. The ballroom also hosted a variety of exhibition booths, activations, and content sessions, all supported by Showcase’s technical and creative team.

Content Creation and Onsite Editing
Showcase developed the main stage opening video sting and animated background layers, bringing cohesion and energy to the event’s visual identity. Their onsite production team filmed and edited content within a 48-hour turnaround, ensuring rapid delivery for post-event distribution and live updates.

Showcase delivered 140 exhibitor stands and multiple activation zones, providing comprehensive support including:
