Brief:
Building on the strong results achieved over the past three years, Showcase was additionally commissioned by several individual exhibitors – including Convera – to design and construct their exhibition booths. Each stand was delivered as a bespoke, high-quality build, tailored to reflect the specific brand requirements and objectives of each exhibitor.
Solution:
For the 2025 edition, Convera chose to take a fresh approach to their exhibition presence, moving away from the multi-level booth structures used in previous years. Instead, they adopted an “in-the-round” concept designed to create an open, welcoming flow throughout the stand. This new layout incorporated a dedicated meeting and podcast space, a central coffee, drinks and networking bar, and a series of informal seating pockets to encourage conversation and build connections. The intention was to create a more accessible, people-focused environment that encouraged natural footfall and maximised dwell time.
As in previous years, Showcase made full use of the venue’s rigging capabilities, installing an elevated branding halo that featured moving-head lighting and integrated screens. This allowed dynamic content to be projected across the stand—from meeting and demo sessions during the day to softer, more atmospheric lighting for evening networking events. The lighting design played a key role in shifting the tone of the stand throughout the event, enhancing both functionality and ambience while reinforcing Convera’s brand presence.
The environment was further enhanced with carefully curated planting and boutique-style furniture selections, creating inviting breakout areas ideal for ad-hoc meetings or moments of relaxation. A large, purpose-built welcome desk formed the focal point of the stand’s entrance, offering both visual impact and a practical hub for delegate engagement.
All print materials, raised flooring, carpets, soft furnishings, and structural elements were designed and produced in-house by Showcase. Our CAD and 3D visualisation teams worked closely with the client to ensure every square metre of the space was optimised and fully aligned with the brief. As always, Showcase provided complete project management, logistics oversight and onsite technical support, maintaining the high service levels expected and ensuring the stand not only met but exceeded client expectations.
Delivery:
For this event Showcase designed, manufactured, managed all logistics and supplied all goods including AV, furniture, planters, print and rigging, along with an on-site crew and management team for the event. Showcase’s team built these areas with a crew of 20. The event was a 2-day installation, a 3-day live event and a 10-hour dismantle.
