Each year the Independent School Bursar’s Association (ISBA) hold a two day conference followed by a Gala Dinner.
In May 2015, they took over the Celtic Manor Resort’s entire conference facility in order to host this event, which had 500 delegates and 200 exhibitors in attendance
Brief
We pitched and won the contract to supply all audio visual equipment and Technical Production support for the conference.
The organisers wanted our help to bring a fresh modern feel to what had in previous years been quite a traditional event format.
Showcase, Project Account Manager Dave Harding-Lyle worked with the ISBA from the beginning to develop a fresh and modern feel.
“Having gone through a competitive tender exercise we appointed Showcase AVi for the conference at Celtic Manor. This was our first time of using them and we were delighted with their creative input. From the outset it was clear that they were happy to work with us as a partnership and the final event production ran seamlessly from start to finish. During the event nothing was too much trouble when the inevitable event changes occurred. We are looking forward to working with Dave and the team at our future events.”
