About the event:

Housing is Europe’s largest housing festival which provides the collaboration, best practice learning and conversations needed to work together to achieve as a sector for communities. Discussing topics such as tenant engagement, governance, risk, tenant voice, changing and re-setting business plans, the importance of social care, health and housing integration, professionalism, reputation, the cost-of-living crisis and quality.

Solution & Delivery:

The solution for the 2025 event focused on providing the client with slick, show-ready packages that ensured a smooth and reliable experience from start to finish. As with all major projects, Showcase remained highly attentive to cost efficiencies and the limitations of venue tenancy hours. In response, the team engineered systems that were not only exceptionally quick to install but also visually striking, robust and fully adaptable to the diverse requirements of the event’s multiple stages and content streams.

By drawing exclusively on Showcase’s extensive stock, in-house expertise and comprehensive project management capabilities, we delivered for the fifth consecutive year – maintaining exemplary service levels throughout pre-production, onsite delivery and the essential post-event debrief and evaluation process with the client. This continuity of approach has helped strengthen trust and ensure a consistent, high-quality standard year after year.

The technical solution incorporated a carefully balanced mix of projection, LED screens, seamless switchers, radio microphones and a complete range of supporting infrastructure. All printed materials, staging, lecterns and furniture were supplied directly by Showcase, ensuring consistency and quality across every touchpoint. A dedicated team of 30 professionals – including technicians, project managers and logistics specialists – supported the event throughout, ensuring rapid responses and smooth coordination. In addition, Showcase designed, templated and produced all digital signage content displayed on the venue’s screens, delivering a cohesive visual identity and a polished, fully integrated delegate experience that enhanced the overall impact of the event.
