HOMES is an event offering new business connections and inspiring ideas for those involved with residential development, strategic asset management and procurement. The 2019 event held at ExCel London provided 20 hours of of networking opportunities, with over 100 leading housing suppliers in attendance.
Brief
After successfully providing our services for the event for a number of years, we were approached to deliver for it once again. The 2019 event was moved from it’s previous venue Olympia to the ExCel international convention centre, requiring a different approach from both a creative and a spatial design perspective. We were briefed to provide design concepts for the four theatres where the presentations would be held. Each theatre had specific requirements in regards to the capacity and function but one of the key objectives was to ensure there were ample branding opportunities for each of the sponsors. The remit also involved the design of a keynote area, to provide a fresh, inspiring environment with creative backdrops that would reflect the change in venue.
