Event and exhibition organiser DMG Events has awarded us with a new two year contract to be preferred supplier of AV equipment to their event ad:tech exhibition held each October at Olympia, London.
Ben Collings, Sales & Operations Director at Showcase comments “We supplied a large LED screen to Ad Tech live in 2014 and following a smooth process we are pleased that they recognised our attention to service levels by awarding us with a 2 year contract to be the preferred supplier of event AV equipment not only for the main exhibition hall but also for the organisers themselves. This includes all of their seminar theatres throughout the exhibition, including the design and build of expo spaces and set back drops and increasing the use of LED screen technology.”

DMG also invited us to bid for their EAGC Conference to be held this November in Geneva, which we went on to win. DMG’s brief to us was to design a main plenary room along with a multi-functional breakout room which would be used for two different functions. The breakout room needs be swopped between the two functions live on the event dates. We put together a full technical proposal along with 3D renders and detailed CAD production layout for all spaces. The design sees the use of high gloss finished set fabrics along with large 3mm LED screen. The 13 men crew will transport all equipment and infrastructure from the UK to Geneva.
