Dave Harding-Lyle is pleased to announce the successful completion of a management buyout (MBO), including Showcase AVi and Showcase LLC.

Founded in 2014, Showcase has delivered conferences, exhibitions, outdoor events and awards ceremonies across the UK, Europe, Asia, the UAE and North America. The group has built a strong reputation for high-quality technical production, creative solutions and exhibition services, alongside the development of a high-end boutique range of event furniture, as well as stand and stage set design and build – all underpinned by a commitment to exceptional client service.

Dave Harding-Lyle has been part of Showcase since its inception and has been part of the leadership team, which has played a central role in growing the business with Ben Collings.

The company has continued to expand its international footprint, including the launch of Showcase LLC in 2025 to support clients across the United States. Dave has led this expansion from the forefront, enabling UK, European and American clients to work with the same teams and benefit from a consistent, high-quality service across their full event portfolios.

The MBO marks an exciting new chapter for the group, providing continuity for clients and partners while positioning the business for continued growth across the UK, Europe and North America. Founder Ben Collings remains within the business, continuing to service the businesses legacy key clients.
