Company Update Meeting Malta 2017
This June we hosted our annual company kick off meeting at The Corinthia Palace Hotel, Malta over 2 days.
46 members of staff flew out to Malta, where we kicked off with an afternoon conference, the previous financial years results were presented and the Directors communicated the businesses’ objectives for 2017/18. Each department head had an opportunity to present the work their department has been doing over the last 12 months as well as an interesting developments and plans for the year ahead. There were short breakout sessions where teams worked on activities including personality tests and developing the companies USP’s – as ever there was plenty of humour along the way to break up the detail of the presentations!
As with the previous years trips, on the second day there was team building and respite activities planned –which this year included a treasure hunt around the shores and Islands of Gozo and Comino.
