Bristows a renowned full-service commercial, law firm has faced similar challenges in 2020 to many other companies and required a virtual solution for their annual AGM. The meeting had to be remotely recorded from the speakers location.
Brief
To remotely stream a presentation given by this client’s two senior partners and Financial Director.
Solution
Showcase managed the production remotely, they delivered remote green screen kits to each presenter, recording and editing the content into 2D animation to provide the required high level corporate backdrop.
Delivery
Speakers were recorded remotely with auto cues which were pushed to them from Showcase’s studio. Customised 2D set animation graphics were created and edited into final content along with overlay of slides and information graphics. A final cut of the presentation was produced for streaming.
