Money20/20 is one of the biggest events in the Fintech sector and part of Ascential’s portfolio of global events, where BlackCatCard, a digital banking business was an exhibitor.
Brief:
Showcase was commissioned to design and build a 3m x3m exhibition stand for BlackCatCard. They also required a canvas-printed L-shaped storage cupboard, a wall-mounted screen as well as the exhibition stand furniture.
Solution:
Having previously worked on Money20/20, Showcase had an in-depth knowledge of the venue, this allowed them to offer BlackCatCard valuable advice in terms of traffic flow and space planning. As part of Showcase’s exhibition stand design service, 3D design visuals and concepts were produced, allowing the client to fully appreciate and visualise how their stand would appear. Following the initial visuals, Showcase held design and planning meetings with BlackCatCard to ensure the stand would match their brief and expectations. The remit also included the production of the printed elements, Showcase collated all the print-ready artwork and advised on the technical specifications. Showcase mapped out all the electrical requirements for the stand and offered a range of suitable flooring solutions as well as providing the stand furniture.
Delivery:
The stand was built over two days, with Showcase’s on-site AV technicians ensuring that the client’s content displayed correctly and was formatted properly. Regarding the printed graphic walls, Showcase employed a tension frame system.
To ensure that the floor space was used most efficiently, Showcase designed a lockable corner cupboard, which provided a secure overnight storage system.
